Shipping and returns

PERMITTED REFUNDS

We accept returns. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Special Orders:

If a client requests a a special item that needs to be ordered from a supplier, and the item needs to be returned, the client will be held liable for additional handling and shipping costs back to the supplier.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us (041) 484 2539 with details of the product and the specific defect(s).

You can send the item you consider defective via courier to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.

If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. 

EXCEPTIONS:

Some items are not refundable and not exchangeable. These include: all products that are offered on Sale. Any exceptions are up to the discretion of Rack and Paddle management. T&C’s Apply

Shipping

To return the item(s) you purchased, please send it via courier to:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Shipping Disclaimer

Rack and Paddle uses 3rd Party Couriers for deliveries. Products in store will take approximately 2 – 5 working days to be delivered. Products not in store will take approximately 2 – 6 working days to be delivered, if supplier has stock. Boat delivery times will be determined prior to purchase. Rack and Paddle will not be held liable for any delays in deliveries by the 3rd Party Couriers

Free shipping applies to orders amounting to R1500.

Shipping of boats, rigid SUP’s and roof boxes are not included in the Free shipping option and shipping costs will be calculated on per order.
